Smith & Ken was formed by Benjamin Smith and Gaber Kenger. Together they shared the same vision, mission and values. The vision was clear from day one – to be the World’s Best Real Estate Agency by 2013. Not just in brand awareness terms, but also in the high level of customer service provided to our new and existing clients. The mission was set as to how we intended to set up the business structure to become number one, which was ultimately linked to the Values we wanted to instil as a company, the main and most important value to "constantly deliver the best service in the industry to our clients ensuring a high level of trust and transparency".
Both Benjamin and Gaber knew the only way to achieve their vision, mission and values was through the standard of the employees they selected to represent their brand. All of the staff at Smith & Ken, endured a series of tests to determine whether they possessed the hunger, professionalism and trust to achieve the vision, mission and values of the company. As we live and work in a diverse cosmopolitan country, we selected a multinational and multilingual workforce in order to cater for the growing needs of the UAE.
